APPLICATION:

Take a small amount of cleansing milk and dab it onto the neckline, neck and face. Emulsify the cleansing milk using a circular motion from the neckline to the forehead. Remove the cleansing milk with damp sponges. Emulsify the cleansing milk a second time on the face and neckline.
